Tenant find (only) letting Service. This includes ...

-Marketing Appraisal & Rental Valuation
-All advertising (web & office based) plus a To Let Board (subject to any Local Authority board restrictions)
- Basic tenant ID check
- Property viewing & completion of a tenancy agreement
- Provision and service of any deposit protection prescribed information
- Initial rent and deposit collection

Full Property Management. This Service Includes ...

- Marketing Appraisal & Rental Valuation
- All advertising (web & office based) plus a To Let Board (subject to any Local Authority board restrictions)
- Basic tenant ID check Property viewing & completion of a tenancy agreement
- Provision and service of any deposit protection prescribed information
- Collection and remittance of rent electronically (by bank transfer only)
- Arrangement of Statutory Certificates (cost of any certificates are to be paid for by the Landlord see additional services)
